Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Crust for 1 pie
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup rice milk
3/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice

Method
  • Prepare Crust
  • Preheat oven to 425F
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients, pour into crust
  • Bake for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350F and bake for 50 minutes
  • Cool, transfer for fridge and let set for 24 hours.
